CapEd Credit Union is introducing SWIVEL Pay, our improved loan payment platform replacing LoanPay.

When We’re Making the Switch

Starting May 19, 2026, you’ll enjoy a smoother experience for one‑time or recurring loan payments—whether using a debit card or an account from another financial institution. SWIVEL Pay gives you better control and flexibility in managing your payments.

What You Need to Know

  • LoanPay will be discontinued after May 19, 2026.
  • For existing members with a recurring ACH (electronic check) payment in LoanPay: After your initial registration in SWIVEL Pay, your recurring ACH payment will transfer automatically to SWIVEL Pay and payments will continue as normal.
  • For members that have a one-time ACH, debit or credit card payment in LoanPay: You will need to register as a new user in SWIVEL Pay and set up a new one-time payment in SWIVEL Pay.
  • IMPORTANT: To ensure that there is a smooth transition, please do not modify your recurring ACH payment details in LoanPay after May 12, 2026.

What You Need to Do on or after May 19, 2026:

  • Register for SWIVEL Pay: All members will need to register for SWIVEL Pay on our Loan Payments page once registration becomes available on May 19, 2026.
  • Existing Recurring ACH Payment: View and confirm your ACH payment details such as routing number, account number, loan id, payment amount and payment next due date.
  • New Payments: Set up and start making your new loan payment through SWIVEL Pay.

Why We’re Making the Switch

SWIVEL Pay is built for credit union members for a faster, more secure, and easier to use, with a cleaner, more intuitive experience with the following flexible ways to pay:

  • Set up a one-time debit card or external account payment from another financial institution. There is a $2.00 transaction convenience fee to use this service.
  • Set up a recurring external account payment from another financial institution. This option allows you to save your payment details, update or cancel recurring, automated payments on demand.

Reminder:

Please note that you can also make free automated electronic payments from another financial institution through eBanking.
